In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3.2 Unauthorised Access. Players will be notified by the contact details on file before any deduction is applied. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and any further inactivity fees will cease.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sa777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and Raast. All transactions are processed in PKR. sa777 does not accept deposits made in any foreign currency or via cryptocurrency.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your sa777 PKR wallet within 60 seconds in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your account balance, subject to the processing schedules of the sending bank.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the sa777 cashier at the time of each transaction. sa777 reserves the right to adjust these limits based on player account verification status, payment method, or platform-wide risk management requirements.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same sa777 account, subject to identity verification. sa777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above 50,000 PKR.

6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on sa777 — whether on live casino games, sports events including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket and La Liga football, Cockfighting, jackpot slots, or any other product — are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming any wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sa777 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any sa777 product.

8.1 sa777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sa777's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall be limited to the actual PKR balance held in the player's sa777 account at the time of the claim.

8.3 sa777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if sa777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.1 sa777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistan players. We provide a suite of self-management tools that are available to every registered account holder at no cost and with immediate effect.

9.2 Available responsible gaming tools include: PKR deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time duration limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion. All tools are accessible from the Account Settings section following login.

9.3 Players who have activated self-exclusion may not register a new sa777 account during the exclusion period. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

11.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your sa777 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or the registered support email. Before processing a closure request, sa777 will verify your identity, settle any pending bets, and process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining PKR real money balance.

11.2 Closure by sa777. sa777 reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any account at any time where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player is found to have provided false information during registration; (c) sa777 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require sa777 to do so.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Your real money PKR balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method on file subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

12.1 sa777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before they take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulation.
